Earthfaeries is an operation found in Rock Island, Illinois. The craftiness of Rachel knows no bounds, she is constantly embarking on new endeavors. Starting with homebrewed soap and venturing into solid perfumes and most recently: Tat Love, an alcohol and fragrance free super moisturizing tattoo healing lotion. She also creates super fun necktie-upcycles like necktielaces (necklaces from neckties!) and tiebags (handbags from neckties!). And she welcomes custom orders! I can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

Earthfaeries!
I first stumbled upon Earthfaeries at a local indie craft show (awesome!) and purchased a bar of her Earth Girl soap to check out. Read: instant love. I loved the scent when I purchased it, but I truly thought it would dissipate once used. It's not like it lingers in a bad way, but you can still smell the lovely scent hours after use. All of the fragrances we've used (Spice, Mint Duet, and Happy Hippy are the ones I received for this review!) are simply fantastic! I love each of them! I'm generally against having different bars of soap in use at the same time, but with these, I feel like I want the constant option! In the morning, I love Mint Duet to wake me up. In the evening, Earth Girl is nice and calming. It's a win win! I also love how wonderfully these soaps lather. It's so rich and lovely. I generally assume that handmade soap won't have much of a lather - not the case with Earthfaeries! My girls love the lathering because it adds some bubbles to their bath. Last, but not least, Earthfaeries soap is so moisturizing. Now that this Midwest weather is dialing down in preparation for winter, my skin gets seriously deprived of moisture (as does my oldest's). Especially my daughter, we've always struggled to find something to help her skin and not irritate it. Earthfaeries is it! Rachel also gave me a solid perfume in 'Lavender' which I also love. It's subtle scent is right up my alley. It's also natural, so I don't mind letting my girls dab some on as well.

All of that said, we're in love with Earthfaeries! I can't recommend Rachel's products enough. Not only are her products wonderful, but she is just so sweet - making ordering from her twice as nice!
